Dr. Rachel Selina is a physical therapist located in Highland, MI. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan and previously studied in both Ohio and Spain to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Spanish. Rachel has been thoroughly trained through the Institute of Clinical Excellence and now assists in teaching the Rehabilitation of the Injured Runner courses as well as lumbar and cervical spine management courses.
As both an athlete and a coach, Rachel loves all forms of physical activity but has a soft spot for CrossFit, climbing, and marathon running in particular. This passion carries over to the clinic where Rachel enjoys working with active individuals from teens to Masters. During Michigan winters you will likely find her at Peabody Ice Climbing Club where she climbs and also works as an outfitter.
